OAK BRUSH is a lively hair salon, currently hiring licensed stylists and barbers interested in commission based, W2 employment.

Our salon focuses on healthy hair and scalp care, while creating lived-in, low maintenance styles and color.

Our Mission

What We Offer

Our stylists are W2 commissioned employees, receiving 43% of your services.

Our support includes Booking Assistance, Inventory Management, full back bar, and Marketing of the salon.

OAK BRUSH celebrates growth through continued education, service totals and booked books.

    Complimentary parking in building lot or surrounding streets for your clients

    Front Desk Concierge to greet your clients, offer complimentary sparkling water, coffee, snacks

    Your direct booking link on our website, digital exposure on Instagram, Google Business Profile

    One-on-one quarterly meetings with leadership, a 90 Day Onboarding Program and training in popular services that our clients book and love

    Continued education opportunities, access to OAK BRUSH Stylist Portal, Retail Commission

    A social, lively environment for both you and your clients, collaborate with seasoned stylists and professionals

  • ✽

    Complete back bar, color bar and retail provided for you, from both Keune Haircosmetics and Oribe

  • ✽

    Work with leadership to determine the best competitive pricing for you, your skills and financial needs

    With our Open Door policy, have the freedom to work other opportunities (weddings, other salons, at-home services)

    Create your own schedule, working either part time or full time. Established team members request time off as needed
