Salon Educator

We’re seeking a driven stylist to step into the role of Salon Educator - someone who thrives on teaching, leading, and building community.
As our educator, you will:
Take ownership of product education - ensuring every team member understands product purpose, benefit, and usage
Design and lead technical training sessions (cutting, color, texture, etc.) for stylists who want to refine or grow their skills
Serve as the primary mentor during our 90-day development phase, guiding new stylists in service standards, workflow, client care, and culture
Collaborate with salon leadership in shaping curriculum, creating internal materials, and tracking educational outcomes
What we’re looking for
A talented stylist with a minimum 5 years of behind the chair experience, who loves teaching as much as they love creating
A self-starter with excellent communication skills, confidence in leading workshops, and the ability to inspire others
Deep familiarity (or strong desire to master) Oribe, Keune, and the technical aspects of color, texture, and styling
Someone who is organized, reliable, and excited to be a connector among team members
